He is Winner of the prestigious Q-Free Fashion Design Competition held in Italy with whopping prize money of 7.5 lakhs INR cash money and his winning collection presented at London during fashion week.
A go-getter with excellent design sense, creativity and marketing skills. He has rich industrial experience with leading fashion garments companies like Arvind Ltd, Aditya Birla Group, and was Head Designer with Paris' Group of Companies, Dubai. Later he owned a consultancy firm by name of 'Studio SimplyM', a brand by name of 'GRANDIOSE' and his fashion store by name of "n'semble". He has presented his collection at National Events and Fashion Weeks.
He conducted his solo fashion shows at Delhi, Goa, Mumbai and Ahmedabad. He is also an educator on part time and full-time basis at many reputed fashion institutes and colleges including his previous position at UID. He was invited at IIM Ahmedabad-CIIE to deliver his expertise in fashion forecasting and future of fashion.
Won the ―Q-Free Fashion Design Competition 06‖ held in Italy. Showcased the collection on ramps at the prestigious ITS World Event held in London and the Total Tool Exhibition held in Milan. The 5 member team won 9000 Euros as prize amount with a mention in various TV news, magazines and newspaper
Learnt the art of Kalamkari (traditional hand printed fabrics), Block prints & Natural Dyes as part of project conducted at various parts of India and documented a book titled “ChitraVastra” and presented to Mr. L.K. Advani (Minister of India)
Worked as a visiting faculty at regular intervals to train students for fashion subjects at the Surat Technical and Fashion Design Institute in Surat.(Gujarat, India)
